Customer service. Overclockability. Features.

I had a p5k before i got my gigabyte p35-ds3r and didnt care for p5k. Also, i cant recall a single "good" customer service story about Asus.

Also if you can afford the extra for the cooler, its worth it. The AF7 Pro is no doubt a very good cooler for the money, but it is still a budget cooler. On the other hand, if you aren't aiming for super high clocks then the AF7 will suit just fine (3.2-3.4ghz no problem)
I'd be very, very happy with 3.2Ghz from the Q6600. I'll think about the cooler. I need to fully check what my budget can be.

Here is the current list:

Processor: Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 £137.95

Yup go for it!

However, since you will be overclocking...a good, stable PSU is very important.
Corsair VX 550W PSU - 120mm Fan, 5 Year Warranty - Ebuyer
This PSU is very good and is really worth the extra fiver.

Also just so you know, the case looks like it already comes with a rear fan...so you can scratch one of those fans off your list unless you want another one to throw in somewhere.
Thank you, thank you, thank you.

I'm thinking of getting the extra fan anyway as I don't want a blue LED fan and because I think my current computer could utilise it (though I haven't checked, but spares are good, right?)
