Gigabyte EP35-DS3R or DS3L
Abit IP35-E
ASUS P5K

Ya, the I would personally go for the dfi DK p35 if you want to OC, it has so many bios options.

+1 DFI. Although I would learn all the bios terms especially the extra ram features before purchasing.

the only difference between the ds3r and ds3l is the ds3r has sata raid support.
i'd go with the DFI personally
