Need best MB $ can buy

I need to get the best MB money can buy for under $60
Preferably around $50.
These are the requirements:
-Micro ATX
-Has to be able to take a Dual Core e2200 (Majority of the MB's on newegg say core duo, I assume that includes dual core???)
-Overclock-able, because I would like to learn to overclock
-The HDD I will be using is IDE
That's it.
Whatever is you guys think I'll order, because there are so many different ones, I have no idea where to start.

I highly suggest you spend a little more than $50. You can get a much nice board for no more than $100. Those cheaper ones are historically known to be unstable and DOA.

Gigabyte makes great boards and their easy on the $$$. Check into Gigabyte on newegg and search for deals. I got mine for about $90.00. I am not sure $60.00 is going to do it. Also the cheaper the MB the less likely you are going to be able to do overclocking.

You won't be disappointed. Gigabyte doesn't seem to make budget $50 boards. They make entry-level enthusiast boards cheap, that's all

The only problem with that board is that it has only 2 dimm slots for ram. 667mhz ram is good, so I won't say the frequency of the ram is a con because it's really not.

i'm not really a fan of gigabyte, had 2 die on me so far, but thats just my experience. but with the exception of them dying i've liked them to a degree. lots of overclocking options on the one's i've had. i would suggest a ds3l or a cheap(er) abit ip35
