Windows cannot access- Problem

It was said they checked account setting and this comes up anyway, they should have complete access to all problems, also said it comes and goes.

Any idea?

Are they using the updated version of hte software? Have they tried to uninstall and reinstall the software? Are they admins on the PC?
 
They are the admin, I think they have even changed users set to admin to make sure, and redid the programs. They said it happens to several programs on and off.
 
Well we need some definate information from them. Like what they have done with the user accounts and have tried in this situation.

Getting the information 3rd person isnt helping.

Have they tried to uninstall/reinstall? Have they tried running CCLeaner after a uninstall to clean out some files? Are they running the newest version???
 
Suggest Revo Uninstaller. Then to reinstall. With Revo they can remove the registry entries as well.
