I already have pc 2100 768 mb. My mobo supports pc 3200 (400 mhz). If I upgrade to the 3200 do you think I will see a big difference in gameplay or loading? I'm just a little upset at myself for not buying the 3200 almost a year ago.

I heard that if you combine speeds that it will adjust the higher memory speed down to the slower speeds.

well, if you plan on getting 768mb or 1024mb of pc3200, then i guess it will provide an extra performance boost

but am I correct when saying that combining 2100 with 3200 isnt the best thing to do for speed? Because in reality you wont get those 3200 speeds.

Thanks for the help. Since money is no object with computers, I'll ditch the 2100. Do I get one stick of 1 gig or two 512 sticks? I have a soyo kt 600 ultra.
