I personally never gotten over 58 degress and oced to the max as well.

i've had a 7900gt running 110 degrees celcius during 3dmark06

1.5v modded w/ stock heatsink and fan hahahaha

I got one to 1.68V, and 750MHZ
but I was using a Zalman VF900

but even then, it was really dumping a lot of heat during 3dmark05/06 runs

My card had the same issue. replaced the cooler and now im at 43C idle temps.

i should put mx2 on mine. the fan is starting to burn out methinks. its making some high pitch buzzing sound. runs around 79c load. 56-60 idle.

of course ive got a soundcard jammed like 1/4" in front of it :S maybe thats why. XD
puttin some good paste on really helps huh?
