Computer boots, shuts down immediately

Have an older PC that just shut off during use and now when I power it up it immediately shuts down after spinning the fans. I tried another power supply and only hooked my mobo up to it and it did the same thing. I'm going to assume this means my mobo is fried?

Have you tried the bare bones test with motherboard outside of the case?

Tried different RAM or only one stick at a time?

Did both of these things. Same thing.

RMA or replace the mobo.
