Just got out of my "interview". I'll either start friday or monday on the full time payroll, still waiting to hear. But i came out with 2 dollars more per hour, the ability to actually get overtime now (they didnt like paying the temp agency for overtime (normal hourly rate was 29)) and the lovely state benefits..yay.
