Computer Shuts off randomly..

Check the temps on your cpu, make sure it's not overheating.
If you've overclocked anything, make sure you reset it.
Double check that the mobo is grounded correctly.
If you can, do a memtest of your ram. Also try removing all but one stick of ram and booting with that. Because the fault is intermittent, I'd say the problem is most likely with one of the ram sticks, so make sure you triple check all of them.

Hmm I'll test out my ram. It's not overheating by any means. I tried setting all clocks to default. Rams usually pretty tough, but I'll run by that and see how it goes. I'm thinking it's the mobo though. It's grounded in the case as it always has been.
