IS it hard to install a new video card?

ive been deciding a lot on video cards and i think ive come down to this one

eVGA nVIDIA GeForce 6800 Video Card, 128MB GDDR, 256-bit, DVI/TV-Out, 8X AGP, Model "128-A8-N343-AX" -RETAIL

now i heard the card was kind of big so does that relaly matter? i started out with a GeForce mx440 agp8x 64mb video card if that mattters

what are the steps that it takes to install/reinstall all that
like deletingn drivers and also explain them a little if thats alright because i dont know much about computers

it says this "A 350W system power supply is highly recommanded" how do i check what power supply i have and are they expensive to buy/install?

nah, i think just the ultra is really big, the regular and gt should be fine

the only thing u hav to worry about is that ur case is big enuf to fit it

not hard at all! Just make sure you take precautions against static eletricity.

The most important is your PSU, at least 400watts above if u plan to get 6800. y dont u get 6800GT, almost similar to Ultra.
6800 only run 12 pipelines while GT n Ultra run 16 pipelines.

ultra is not worth it, just save $100+ and get the gt and oc it to ultra specs
