i think im going to need some help here. lately ive been getting those blue screens followed by the restart of my computer, insight??? ive gotten a few different ones the one i notice most is "bad pool caller" or something like that.
thanks

Disable automatic restart on system failure. To do this: Go to Start > Right click on 'My Computer' > go to Properties > Advanced tab > Click 'Settings' under Startup and Recovery > under 'System Failure' uncheck the box that says automatically restart. Click Ok on all the dialog boxes.

After that, the next time you get the BSOD, tell us the words in all caps, and also the STOP error code. It'll be at the bottom of the screen, and be formatted like this: 0x000000##, where ## = some numbers and/or digits.

they are:
BAD_POOL_CALLER
stop 0x000000C2 (in no order)(0x00000007, 0x0000005, 0x00000002, 0x000000CD4, 0x02060007, 0x02060005, 0x82640258, 0xF7C5D5F8, 0xF78D6C84, and 0xF78D6980)
dude...

i just got this message as well
FAULT_IN_NON_PAGED_AREA. stop 0x00000005 (0xBAD0B148, 0x00000000, 0x8053A00F, 0x00000000)

Google for and download MemTest86. It is a LiveCD. Run it for at least 4 hours. Sounds like a RAM issue.

id love to however dvd decryptor for whatever reason will not recognize the file. and now my sonic wont recognize my drive at all. those are my only iso burning programs...

thanks. but call me retarded henceforth. after googleing the memtest 86 i downloaded the zip of the ISO. and did two different things.
one extracted it (memtest) and the burning program opened with it only to say it did not recognize the format when i tried to burn to ISO
two extracted it to a file location on the desktop. and from the burning program, selected that file (memtest) to create the ISO disk and the program again refused to recognize the file...
