Hello,
I'm having an odd problem. I recently got a new monitor, the Samsung 226BW. I'm not sure if this problem is because of the monitor but it started happening after I got it.
Whenever I drag a window I get this odd tearing effect around the lettering of the window name. The same thing happens to some text in the bosy of the window.
Also while I am playing a game such as Counter-Strike Source or Half-Life 2, I get the same effect around faraway objects that have jaggies (like trees, power lines and such) I really don't know what could be causing the problem. I have the latest monitor and video card drivers for my ATI X1650XT.
I am also running windows Vista Home Premium.
Any thoughts?
