Laptop issues

My laptop cpu fans not even spinning and so my laptop gets extremely hott and burns the hell out of my lap will any damages happen to my comp, its been happening for a long time, and the cpu fan is brand new. So i dont know if its because of the fan. but its extremely hott were the cpu fan is

generally a laptop will get pretty hot. as a matter of fact ive burned myself up pretty bad with my old laptop. if anything bring it to a computer store and have them tell you what they think

another thing you might want to try is just rechecking your connection to the mobo.
