Outpost Firewall Problem

I have Outpost Firewall 4.0 and just today, I realized that when I set the policy to "Rules Wizard", all programs are blocked, even the ones listed under "Trusted Applications". Ever since I got this firewall, I've left it on Rules Wizard and this problem has never occured. It even blocks my antivirus from updating even though I set it to allow all activities for my antivirus. How can I resolve this issue?

Have you updated the application or triple checked the settings? Have you tried to uninstall and then re-install the applicaiton?
