If you run 2 9600gt's you would get upto 90% improvement in games. Some games at really high resolution and aa/af improve over 100%. Which is a ton compared to older cards in SLI or Crossfire.

My brother owns SLI'd 9600GTs and an E8400. With special tweaking, crysis is looking better than I have EVER seen and it's 45-50 fps.
