Its ok it idles 50ish and full load it reach the new high of 97c

you do realize that 97C is about 3 degrees off from the melting point of the solder inside your cpu....

As previously stated, discontinue use immediately to prevent any further damage.

And that 79C is 174.2 Fahrenheit!!! Get that thing cooler! I don't like to run mine past 70C

Nope, should be just fine.

My dumbest moment was after rebuilding my water cooling, I forgot to add water...

got all the way to windows before it shut off from the heat...

I lol'd at this. Thats something I would prbably do.
