Woke up this morning and saw that I had won. I was thinking of using q tips and maybe some alcohol and let it dry out for a long time for reassurance. I think I'll be fine if I let to dry like Pete said.

Might be able to RMA back to asus but you will need original order invoice.

ASUS will either make you pay a fix charge since damage is on the socket pins or they'll just reject the motherboard. It also takes like a month to for the whole rma proccess to complete.
