Does anyone know of a good set of tools that I can use to monitor my CPU heat and keep an eye on it? My main concern it checking CPU heat.

Egad, never mind I just realized my mobo came with a utility. it's currently running at 39 C, fan is 1740 RPM. What numbers would be bad, like when should I start to worry if the CPU reaches a certain temp or does the uGuru software show an alert or something?

For CPU: OCCT, and CoreTemp have been the most accurate for me (CoreTemp being #1).
GPU: RivaTuner, ATITool
General temps: Everest (it has a sensor tab, along with all of your other system info).

occt uses hwmonitor to get its temps, it also dipslays vga, hdd...:

CPUID

i use that and core temp but mostly just coretemp
