Personally I would get the q6600 but I'm sure thats been covered already. So all looks good.

I would just get the 520hx, the extra voltage on the 620 is only on the 3v rail anyway. Maybe switch out the reapers for a 2x2 kit of crucial ballistix. They werent available when i bought my 4gb set
