Older Chip, Newer board, Recommendations?

My brother has an Intel Prescott 3.40ghz HT processor 478 socket I think. He needs a board that is inexpensive but reliable motherboard that will support the chip. I he has a PCI express Video Card and DDR2 ram. Any suggestions would be great!

He's better off upgrading to the current Intel socket 775, and getting a cheap dual core processor. Like the Celeron E1200 or Pentium Dual Core E2140, which both go for about $60.

But if he really can't, this would be his best bet:
