Hey guys, Is there anyway I can lower the price so it's closer to $1000?
It's about $1200 right now. Any advice would be appreciated.

#1- Get the Cooler Master 690 instead of the Antec 900
2- Get a p35 board, like the P35-DS3R.
3- get the Q6600 instead of the e8400.
4- The MSI 8800gts is going for 200 bucks after rebates so check it out at newegg.

Will you be overclocking? like to the extreme or only a tad bit?
And by seeing your list im guessing your gonna be sticking with the 8400, which is ok since its your build.

You could also get some nice fans or something.

Maybe buy a webcam? Microphone, headphones, something like that? I can't think of anything important you could get.

If you upgraded the GPU to a 9800GTX I think you would have about $1000.

@krazyq What exactly would it come with? He seems to have everything.

You don't have to add anything, but if you want... get a q6600? No reason to get the e8400 imo if u aren't waiting for those new procs... and the q6600 is not much more.

Actually, I think I'll go with the Q6600. And about overclocking, probably not...but I might just a tad bit.
