um with 2 3870x2, the botom card would be 1cm off the floor of the case. so no a rad wont fit there lol. the pci-e slots on the maximus start lower. my gpu which is in the first pci-e the 3rd external slot for my case unlike my old mobo where it was the first. i could zip tie it right above the top card tho lol.
