If you can find a better processor, that would be great. (Intel or AMD works.)
This is for a gaming PC. I'm on a small budget. (Approx $200?)
This needs to be a good quality processor, lasting for approx. 4-5 years.

Edit: I heard the Q6600 was good, but I'm not sure... It seems expensive.
