Quad Sli PSU help...

Alright so I am getting ready to build a new system with 2 9800gx2's and I am starting to think that the Corsair 750TX is not going to be enough.

The system specs:
mobo: 790i
2 WD Raptor X
qx9650
2gb of ddr3
1 maybe 2 optical drives
water cooling setup

Thanks for the advice, I was thinking about going with the Ultra X3 1000W if the Corsair wasn't enough.

It IS Enough. Do not buy the 1K X3 over the 750TX.

Please post pics when your done! That psu should be more then enough.

And if you haven't purchased the parts yet go with one of these hard drives instead.

The 32mb cache provides more space, is cheaper then the raptors, and is about the same speed as the raptors due to the 32mb cache.

As for the HDDs I already have one from my previous build so I went ahead and bought another for RAID 0.

With the water cooling, a D-tek Fuzion cpu block, swiftech 120.3 radiator, D5 pump, and black uv Feser 1 fluid. I have yet to buy a reservoir because I want to wait and see what kind of water blocks come out for the gx2's.

And all this is going in a black Cooler Master Stacker 830 EVO.
