Problem after BIOS flash

Last night I was trying to flash my BIOS to the latest version, but now the computer won't POST. It said that the flash was successful, so I don't know why this happened. I've done it before too without a hitch. Anyways, is this board toast? Is there anything I can do to fix this **** thing?

Reset CMOS, take out battery, put it back in 10 minutes later.

Yeah, I tried resetting the CMOS. And I took the battery out for a few minutes. Wasn't very long though. I'll try it again.

Also, unplug the PSU and press the power button before you reset the CMOS. Then plug it back in.

Alright, so I took the battery out for a little over 20 minutes. It still won't turn on.
