How do i reformat my hard drive without going into windows?

Gparted? Windows boot CD?

You can use Fdisk option on a Windows boot CD or floppy, probably the easiest way and definatly easiest if your putting windows onto it

GParted will be your best option. It is a bootable CD that you boot with.
