no.. nvidia bought out PhysX. So there is no telling what will happen.
My guess is that nvidia is just going to implement the technology in their gpus and (possibly) start to make there own dedicated PPU in the future.. but who knows?
I heard the 8 and 9 series already have the capabilites to support PhysX built in, so I heard there could be a patch coming out to make them work as well.
But it doesn't work that way. It only enables extra effects on special games. It actually decreases your frames. Only a few games even use it. If it did, then it would be much more popular and probably would have survived.
