Case and TRUE question

Ok, a friend asked if a TRUE would fit in this case: Newegg.com - COOLER MASTER cosmos S RC-1100-KKN1-GP Black Aluminum ATX Full Tower Computer Case - Retail

It looks like it would, but there's a side-panel fan on it...looked on the CoolerMaster website, and there's a side-note on it:

"Other Keep-out requirement for CPU cooler installation:,
At least 5.7 inch(145mm) separation between motherboard and the side panel of COSMOS S "

So would a TRUE even fit in that case?

According to svc.com the TRUE is 160mm tall. I would advise you to call up cooler master and ask them directly.

Ok, well I told him to call 'em, so I'll see what happens. He says he wants to order his stuff tomorrow...and he just got offline so I can't ask him anymore questions, heh. Thanks for the help though, aspire, appreciate it.

It's not going to fit if its out of their specifications.

If you remove that side panel fan it would fit.
