Having trouble getting help with gaming build

I've actually made a few threads about this, but each time people seem to lose interest and stop helping. Anyways im looking to build a new desktop for around $1,300 to $1,400. I have the processor (E6750), graphics card (geforce 8800gt), and case (Antec Nine Hundred Black Steel ATX Mid-Tower) picked out. These components cost $190, $200, and $80 respectively. I still need help selecting the remaining components with the exception of speakers. Also, i am looking to get 4gb of RAM with this build. Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

An oem copy of windows is going to run you around 130 bucks for a 64bit OS. I suggest vista home premium 64.

Cool, that was my next concern was the power supply. I was thinking of the Corsair 520hx, nice to see that u recommended it. Im gonna go ahead and add it to the list. Still need motherboard, RAM (maybe Crucial Ballistix 2 x 2gb unless u guys have better suggestions), hard drive, optical drive, monitor, mouse, and keyboard. Here is what i have so far. Havent had a chance to do much research on other components but would be great if u guys can steer me in the right direction.

so the crucial ballistix are a good buy for this build? anyone wanna put their input into this? also, i do plan on overclocking.

get a seagate 7200.10 or 7200.11 hard drive depending on the size you want

a couple good 2 x 2gb sets of RAM

i would also suggest the vista home premium 64-bit

for a mobo i would get an IP35-e if your looking for a simple great overclocking board for cheap

and if your looking to maybe RAID some hdd's in the future get this board, i believe it has some other extra features as well i am just not aware of them

as for keyboard and mouse, those are up to you to choose one for comfort/weight/connection mode and a keyboard for function keys/illuminescence

both of those ram seem to be the same so im gonna go with the OCZ bc its a bit cheaper. Here is what i have so far.

You could go for the E3110 processor which gives you 6 mb cache and will overclock beyond the E6750. Plus it's only $200. I know it's a xeon but its the same exact thing as an E8400 but cheaper. Read reviews on it. I think its the better buy as its newer tech.

I don't know why people are waiting or paying more the e8400 when this is cheaper and in stock. It was just like the q6600 when it came out. The xeon counterpart x3210 was cheaper and available. Don't worry about it being a server processor because tons of people run them on desktops including myself.
