lol, he's been on a terrible streak recently!!!!

and just for an update... it has been delayed to april 1st, due to a lack of Tri-SLi drivers that work

and no, this card doesnt look like a 8800gts to me.. the pcb is alot longer.. more like, looks like an 8800gtx w/ a new heatsink

if it where a gtx itd have heatpipes, looks like a 8800gts512mb but a litle rounder bigger and more sleak.

thats just the heatsink... take it off and what does it look like.. as shown in the picture... A GTX.. well besides ram arrangement due to the 256 memory interface

but w/ that monstrous length... and black pcb... shove an hr-03 on the 9800gtx and it'd fool you as a gtx

If you were wondering why this card looks like a GTS512, t hast because it is basically the exact same chip/memory configuration with some extra power circuitry. Its a g92-420 chip, the GTS512 is g92-400, and the gx2 is 2 g92-450 chips.

lol and the only diference from 400-420-450 is probably the silicone and that dont even make any sence.

Well yeah. seeing as theyre all based on the SAME core.

The fact of the matter is, the differences between the 8800gt, 8800gts, and the 9800gtx will be almost negligible.

Sure you might see some performance increase but the big thing they're going for is same or better performance to the 8800gtx/ultra at a lower price point

nVidia what are you doing??

They've been on top of the game for so long, now they are scewin up..
Man, big powerful corporations can be so stupid sometimes.
