I have a new PC running Vista Home Edition and the latest version of IE. This PC has a trial version of Norton. Each time I load a page like my bank or credit card I have to answer the security questions. It says it doesn't recognize this computer. Any thoughts?

Agree with both of these. AVG if you want a very good free AV, or Nod32 if you do want to pay for one, but I think Nod is worth it (my opinion).

Very possible. Are you allowing cookies as well?

It could be Norton. It could be what Carnage said. It could just be a security measure taken by the bank to prevent fraud and theft of your account.

If anything i wouldnt complain. It is security to make sure it is you and that is something that is hard to trace or even use a keylogger for. So at least you know your account info is safe. If you were ever to get infrected with a virus or worse.
