Okayu well due to the fact that south africa sucks and pc equipment is really expensive ive finally gathered enough cash to buy myself a motherboard..
its an msi p35 neo and i have a few question id love some help with

lets start of with my specs....
due to the fact that im a poor ******* i haev
a 3 gig processor pentium 4
1 gig of ddr 2 800 ram(is this okay ram?)
i have 240 gig hdd space
7900 gs extreme edition pci xpress (256 mb - 256 bit)
350 watt power supply
19' acer gaming line 2ms

okay so i bought this board with upgrade in mind

my board does support quad core and core 2 extreme
so which is better???
should i spend less and get a core 2 duo?!?!?
will it work sufficiently?????

must i wait and get a quad core????/

and lastly is my graphics card enough to last me till the end of the year????
id really appreciate any advice thanx:D :D :D

Hi,
I don't know what it is exactly it is that you do with your computer,
but duo core will suffice most people
but if your budget allows, definitely get that quad core! Q6600 seems to be the sweet spot

if you are going with Vista, definitely get more RAM!

also I don't know what games you play, would like to play, on top of me being a newb also, don't know about your graphics card

edit: also you might want to consider not making so many threads
