gotcha thanks
I will try to shop around and see maybe a few places have better deals since I know what I will need

*edit*
Will that cache matter for my system?

No. Cache doesn't matter much, unless you're using applications that rely on it.

So basic difference in E2200 and E4500 is cache ?
Also I think there was a mistake E2160 is 1.8ghz and E2140 is 1.6ghz

Ah, sorry about that. Yes, the E2160 is 1.8GHz.

Yea...that's basically the difference between the E2200 and E4500.

I was just looking around DELLs and noticed they only come equipped with 256MB ATI RADEON HD 2400 Pro
Any good? same as EVGA?

EVGA does not produce ATI graphic cards. And that HD 2400 Pro is a very weak card. Since you said light gaming, the 8600GT would suit your system better.

If you are going to buy a Dell, just buy one with integrated Graphics, but with a PCI-e slot, and buy an actual gaming card of Newegg, and put that in there

How can make sure that?

*edit*
Right now dell has some crazy deals like $399 for the system plus a 19" monitor

By now, every Dell desktop motherboard, should have a PCIe slot.

Could you link us to this $399 deal you're referring to?
