There's no difference at all. That's the reference design that I believe Foxconn makes. The only thing that might vary is the warranty and of course, most important of all, the price. As long as it's reference, doesn't matter which company you buy it from, you're getting the same Foxconn-built board..

get the eVGA version and use NCIX's price match policy to get it for $245...

dude, I'd just wait for the 4xxx series

you've got a great board that supports crossfire

there's really no need to upgrade at this point - maybe just get an 8800GT just to hold you off for a while
 
^ then for sure, just get one to hold you over until the 4xxx series

get that sucker voltmodded and you'll have a fun time beating out stock SLI rigs in 3DMark benching with a single card...
