I think its out of my budget i mean after all im only spending about 200$ on my amd processor/motherboard combo. I know intels better but from the information i have gathered i don't think an intel processor/motherboard combo for 200$ could compare to amd.

Every single review on the Geforce 8800 GS said the fan is super loud and annoying and my computer is in my room so whats another good card in the 130-140$ area.

I also recommend going with Intel. The e2180 can overclock as high as a 5000+ Black Edition and is faster clock for clock.

Also this ram has better timings than the ones you originally posted and is only slightly more expensive.

You can often times find a abit ip35-e for $60 after rebate. I have the ip35-v and a e2180 @3.3ghz and its awesome. Once overclocked my 3dmark06 score went up over 3000 points.

If you get the intel and mobo we recommended + the 9600 gt it would be a killer build!!!
