I am going to go with the Eclipse II. I've heard that if you have a problem with keys fading, you can just paint a layer of nail polish over them. Protects them from rubbing off. I'll probably do this with mine when I get it.

i had the saitek eclipse for a few months, but sold it to a friend and bought the eclipse II, i like it better. now i have the merc stealth though, its way better then either of those.

I've got the saitek eclipse, red light.

this keyboard is built like a brick **** house. its kinda gross. i could beat someone to death very easily with it.

top notch for a regular non gaming keyboard.

i'm goign with the merc stealth next though. gotta throw a sound system in my car first >.>

who needs to actually looks at the keyboard when they type?

I could rub off every letter on my keyboard and have no trouble at all using it

Its expected for a person to know how to "type" but to never have to look at the keyboard is hard, even for pros.

Had mine for about 9 months now....no fadding yet....and it gets heavily used!
