This a new motherboard, cpu, RAM and power supply install.
Microscope 2005 won't boot, HD won't boot. Nothing on screen
at all.

Post code is AA (display configuration) AMI 7267 Bios, MSI MB 945GM3,
CPU is Pentium Dual Core E2200, LGA775, 2.20 GHz, 1 MB L2 Cache,
800 MHz FSB.

All voltages appear normal and are present at HD and FDD. Fans come on.
WindowsXP Home on HD.

Any Ideas to Share?

1)Bad board? Could be!

2)12v cpu left unplugged? Wouldn't be a surprize!

3)Loose contact inside the four wire 12cpu feed? Now there's one that not too many would even consider. If plugged in try unplugging that and then only finger tip lightly repluggin it in until the retaining clip clicks inplace. If everything fires right up it was simply a loose contact.

If not? see #1!

I've seen all three of the above as well at different times. Found a loose contact when simply swapping out one supply for a larger model where nothing was seen at all with no beep code alert. Once the cpu feed was lightly replugged in the system came to life and still runs.

The first board on the present build quit after only 3 days of use. Light flickered for a second or so on the 4th day seeing cpu and case fans spin and stop abruptly. Bad caps! Badcaps.net - How To Identify
