Yes except for the memory and the graphics card which have x2 after the link so you should get 2 of each of those.

aspire forgot the hard drive, so I would suggest the Seagate 7200.11 500GB.

Also, instead of getting two pairs of 2 x 1GB kits, he could just get the 2 x 2GB Crucial Ballistix DDR2-800 kit.

If you recommended an aftermarket heatsink, it's better to get the OEM Q6600 G0 instead.

And a better heatsink for the Q6600, is the Thermalright Ultra-120 Extreme with a Scythe Slipstream 120mm. Don't forget the thermal paste: MX-2.

That is to cool the CPU, since you'll be getting an OEM Q6600. And before you ask, OEM means that you're just getting the processor, with no retail box, heatsink, or documentation.
