yeah i've been constantly clearing CMOS.

ermmmmm....as we speak...my AMD system just died.....restarted....rset the clock frequencies back to stock, it gets passed bios screen, then loads windows...but never stops...just keeps loading windows...10 min now, or gets stuck. any ideas? im thinking hdd or motherboard issue.

try booting into safe mode.

it wont even boot into safe modes....im thinking corrupt windows? i cant find my install disc to try and repair it.....****.

thats not good. yeah theres gotta be something wrong with your windows.
