Looking at a New PC

I found a PC online as was wondering if anyone had recommendations. I am looking for a Gaming PC and Here is what I found for $650 US.

Does this sound like a Good system, or not what I am looking for?

crappy for $1k (outdated Chipset, crappy video card, overkill on the RAM [4gb is enough nowadays] integrated PSU???)
