The 8800 GT's have been very very good... I havent really heard anything bad about them and i have no problems... i just dont like sli.
I would go with that 8800 GTS 512 though if i was in the card market and had around 200 to spend... they have fallen TONS in price... when i bought my 2 cards they both cost way more.
