at work we have the printer above and atm we cant print anything because its got a paper jam but ive open it up and i cant see it anywere atall also another IT mate of mine has had a look at it and he cant see a jam in it aswell can anyone help

Sounds like the gearing got a good wham there. With an HP 3520 model here the paper will see two or more sheets grabbed at once where I will be looking for a good slim model replacement sooner or later.

You could be seeing only a small piece of paper torn off and stuck if the problem isn't with the printer itself. Sounds like it would be time for a new one if that has been in use for some time.
