Installing new memory

Im currently using 2x 1G Corsair XMS2 sticks and I am thinking about switching them out for some higher performance memory like Crucial Ballistix or OCZs

If I simply take my two out, and replace them w/ the new ones, is it going to cause problems?

Or is there a particular way I should go about doing this?

If you're currently at your overclock settings, if you are....I would suggest loading up the BIOS defaults before you switch them in.
