While they're at it, making components more energy efficient, they should also consider making the size of these monstrosities, smaller. Or they're going to have to make a super tower class for cases.

The current HD3870 X2 has GDDR3 memory. This one has the addition of GDDR4 memory. That's pretty much it from what I see. I haven't read much into that card. But I guess they did it, so it can overclock higher.

GDDR4 is also more power efficient than GDDR3.

eh...nothing that great i guess...
im sticking with my build and i prolly wont upgrade for a while unless the 9800gtx proves to be a really good card and if they get released before 23rd of march
