No problem. I've taken U3 off of all of my Sandisk drives as well. Much faster to have them as just a normal flashdrive.

by faster, do you mean it increases the speed of the drive, by chance?
or just that its less of a hassle to wait for that program to run?

Less of a hassle to wait for that program to install on a new computer I plug into, and less of a hassle to wait for it to load and everything. It can be a nice tool and all...but I don't really have a need for it. I just need a data storage heh. You can always put it back on if you want to, though.
