set the cpu vcore to 1.4 and bump up the fsb and make sure your ram is left at default, set ram voltage to 2.2. You need to research some more.

I've heard that these chips have a lot of FSB holes, meaning that you might not be successful at 366, but 389, for example, would be stable...
the ram is definitely not an issue as I can run at those speeds with timings of 3-3-3-9 stable

Overclocking is about experimentation and testing... Noone can give you X settings and garuntee that they will work. Every Setup is different..
In the end it is up to YOU to test, fiddle around with, and experiment with many different settings and combinations.
If you can't do that, don't overclock at all.
Noone is going to take your hand and walk you through everything... At least they shouldn't.
