Quietest 120mm Chassis Fans?

Topic. I'm looking for some new fans to replace my old, noisy ones.

Air movement = noise. (typically)

If you want a fan that moves about the same air, then you can usually expect "about" the same amount of noise. There are some quieter than others though. If you don't need such a productive fan, you can get some that are pretty quiet.

get this one. I have 2 of them and they move a lot of air and barely make any noise.

Hmm not bad, same airflow as the sflex with less noise. Might have to look into getting a couple of these for the htpc, its pretty loud right now.

I have a Scythe S-Flex, works good, cant hear it, just my 2 cents

I was thinking about the Scythe S-Flexes myself. Responding to the first comment, I require two 120mm chassis fans, one intake and one exhaust. My budget can be considered unlimited, since fans do not exceed 20 dollars.

well you def wont hear the Scythe Sflex over any stock fan you have in your comp, I only use one, seems to do a good job

the quietest fan on the market is one you dont plug in.. hahah
