Help With PC Config Settings

I am getting a RunDLL File error on my PC and would like to go into PC Config and wipe it out so that the computer doesn't look for it any more... How do I go about it?

Which rundll file error? There are so many it could be. Coud be from a corrupted application install could be from a corrupted file. What applicaiton are you trying to run when this happens? Or is it when you try to boot into Windows?

It happens when the computer just loads windows... Just want to "Wipe it from the config settings so the computer doesn't look for it any again... Is this possible..

Can you go into safe mode and disable all startup items?
