best overclocking motherboard

i just sold my old motherboard so now im looking for a new one that overclocks really well but doesnt cost too much, i have around 300NZ$ to spend and i buy most of my stuff from this site; Ascent Technology | New Zealand Computer Hardware and Software Online Shop.

ps 300NZ$ is about 240US$

lol that was stupid of me, i will be overclocking a pentium dual core e2xxx, 4gb ddr2, 8800gts 512, 550watt corsair hx, 500gb sata, watercooling.

Well, I'm not much of an OC'ing guru, I've only worked with AMD's. All the mobo's recommended here are usually good for OC'ing as most people here assume OC is going to happen, after all, to not OC is a sin.

well i am now looking at getting the x38 board but i heard there have been allot of faults with the gigabyte version you posted is this true?
are there any more options you think might be good?
