yea... but if i get the 680i combo with the 2.4 quad it will be a lil less than a p35 based board and the chip seperate

well that is a decision that is left up to you. i mean the 680i is a decent board as well. they overclock fairly well, just some people have been having bad luck with them. is there no microcenter near you?

you can get a sweet deal on a q6600 for $200 in-store only though. but i guess if you don't mind it that 680i lt + q6600 is still a sweet deal. i mean the mobo basically comes down to be like $60-70 if your do retail for the cpu.

yea... id like support for the new 45mm chips but that price is kinda hard to beat for what you get.. plus if i get a DOA i can maybe shimmy out a better mobo and just pay the diff.... (crosses fingers) haha
